我的点在于，通常情况下，如果将连续变量分成N个组，我会指定其中一组为ref，其他组相对这一组的OR，就只有N-1个OR值。

但是像这样文章中有多少个分组就有多少个OR，并且是以“mean risk of the combined population”作为ref，是如何操作实现的呢？在R语言中如何实现。谢谢！
