样本分组的问题
- 我写了一篇回顾性研究，血钠按照人数三分位分组，原三分位分组中，T1组（124.00–137.80 mmol/L，n=141）、T2组（138.00–141.60 mmol/L，n=145）和T3组（141.90–149.00 mmol/L，n=143）的血钠范围跨度分别约为13.8、3.6和7.1 mmol/L，即各组人数相近但区间宽度明显不均衡。审稿专家意见“I would like to see the Na Tertiles a bit more balanced as there are different ranges in each group rather than making it simpler by using three groups of <129, <139 and < 149”。我如何修改我的分组？如果按照血钠宽度进行分组，若按三组血钠范围宽度相近划分，可将429例患者分为124–132、133–140和141–149 mmol/L三组，每组跨度约8 mmol/L，但人数分别约为55、175和199例，组间人数不均衡。请问应该如何分组？
