同一研究团队的两篇论文内容高度重复，竟在不同期刊上发表了！

近日，《Journal of American Heart Association》（以下简称JAHA，影响因子：4.605）发表了一篇社论，指出2017年发表在该杂志上的一篇论文与该研究团队在2016年发表在另一期刊上的文章相似性很高。

2017年3月发表在JAHA上的这篇论文，题为《Efficacy of Prophylactic Dexmedetomidine in Preventing Postoperative Junctional Ectopic Tachycardia After Pediatric Cardiac Surgery 》，通讯作者为El Amrousy。

而2016年10月发表的这篇论文，发表日期仅在上一篇论文发表的前几个月，题为《The efficacy of pre-emptive dexmedetomidine versus amiodarone in preventing postoperative junctional ectopic tachycardia in pediatric cardiac surgery》，发表在《Annals of Cardiac Anesthesia》（以下简称ACA）上，JAHA那篇论文的通讯作者El Amrousy为该论文的作者之一。

JAHA社论指出：

具体来说，两篇文章中表1‐3中的人口统计学数据和某些结果数据几乎相同。例如，表1中安慰剂/对照组的性别比和术前心率；表2中安慰剂/对照组的术中心率；表3的血管活性药物评分、通气时间、儿科CCU的入住时长、住院时长、死亡率/心动过缓/低血压发生率等。

我们正在与这两篇文章的作者进行沟通，就现有情况来看，文章中的数据和声明可能并不可靠。

根据Clarivate Analytics Web of Science，JAHA文章已经被引用了11次。其实，相似之处并不仅限于表格，下面是JAHA文章方法章节第一部分的表述：

This is a prospective randomized controlled study conducted at a university hospital and was carried out on 90 children who underwent corrective surgery for congenital heart disease (CHD) between March 2014 and April 2016 after approval by the hospital Ethical Committee and obtaining written informed consents from the parents of studied children.

ACA上的文章已被引用了12次，下面是其方法章节第一部分的表述：

This is a prospective controlled study conducted at the Tanta University Hospital on ninety patients of both sexes during the period from October 2010 to March 2014 after obtaining approval from the hospital’s Ethical Committee, and a written informed consent of the parents was obtained. The CONSORT 2010 statement was followed in reporting this study.

Retraction Watch给作者们发了邮件，El Amrousy回复说:

这个问题很复杂，我们正在与这两家杂志沟通以解决这个问题。调查清楚后，我将对这个事情作出声明。

JAHA杂志的主编Barry London目前还没有作出回应。
